Portland-Bologna Sister City Association (PBSCA) actively promotes the strong ties between Portland, Oregon and Bologna, Italy through events, exchanges, exhibits and outreach.

 

PBSCA is an active organization that hosts and co-hosts many events throughout the year.  In 2016 we hosted wine tastings, our youth exchange from Bologna, Italian cyclists, our Amici dinner, and our annual Sagra fundraiser. We participated in Rose Festival activities including the Grand Floral Parade and co-hosted Portland's 2nd Annual Italian Film Festival. In a few short months our group of Youth Ambassadors and their chaperone will be winging their way to Bologna. Their Italian guests from last summer will become hosts this summer and will help to guide our teens through the landscape and culture that is our sister city.  Keep on eye on our facebook page for updates during the trip.  And starting in the fall of 2017 we will be recruiting for our next group of Youth Exchange ambassadors!  Learn more…
